Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Mac application packages using tools like Packages, JAMF Composer, and Suspicious Package Utility
• Handle Shell scripting for pre- and post-install configuration during package creation
• Manage the complete package lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment
• Develop and maintain JAMF packages, scripts, and policies, and ensure proper scoping
• Work with Keychain certificates, environment variables, and macOS system configurations as needed
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and compatibility across different environments
• Troubleshoot and support package-related issues and perform periodic maintenance and updates
• Ensure compliance with security and IT policies during packaging and deployment
  

Technical Skills Required

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Mac application packaging
• Expertise with tools such as Packages, JAMF Composer, Suspicious Package Utility
• Strong experience in Shell scripting for macOS
• Hands-on with JAMF : package/script creation, policy creation, and scoping
• Deep understanding of macOS environment configuration including keychains, environment variables, etc.
• Familiarity with Mac system internals, application installation processes, and enterprise deployment tools
  

Educational Qualifications

• B. Tech / BE / BCA / MCA / M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed institution
