Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional design solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead design discussions and provide innovative solutions- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure best practices are followed Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting, Looking for a Workday Time Tracking resource with experience and certifications in Workday Absence- Strong understanding of Workday reporting functionalities- Experience in designing and implementing complex Workday reports- Knowledge of Workday security and data governance- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday reporting Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting- This position is based at our Hyderabad office- A Workday Time Tracking resource with experience and certifications in Workday Absence is required Qualification Looking for a Workday Time Tracking resource with experience and certifications in Workday Absence
