Job Description

Experience: 5+years
Location: Coimbatore

Required Proficiencies & Education

A bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 6 years of experience in manufacturing and production floors.

Good knowledge of manufacturing principles, including order management, warehouse, production, and quality

Hands-on experience implementing or utilizing Manufacturing Execution Systems required

EnterpriseIQ experience preferred

Consulting experience with customers

Training and Customer service skills

Familiarity with large database programs

Consulting experience in a technology field

Working knowledge of EDI formats preferred

Knowledge of Crystal Reports writing preferred

APICS certification preferred

Responsibilities

Analysis of a customers business requirements and objectives and work with them to meet those objectives

Implement the DELMIAWorks solution successfully in the customer s environment, and get the customer live

Assess customers business needs and tailor the solution to meet their business objectives

Application configuration, implementation, and data conversion

Train users in application use and/or configuration

Assist customers with application testing and rollout

Recommend business process improvements to the customer

Analyze and specify application enhancements with the customer

Work with the customer and other DELMIAWorks internal organizations to quickly resolve issues impeding implementation or go live
