What would you do Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine.You will need an understanding of using Accenture sales processes, tools, metrics, and techniques that support our aggressive sales goalsEquip sales teams with the right content, training, and data to drive sales activity.

What are we looking for " 7+ Year of overall experience with minimum 3 years in backend Sales Operations processes /Customer Service with at least 2-3 years of experience in leading teams of 20+ Employees Work experience in sales support and reporting relatedpositions is preferred Experience in creating sales reports, proficient in using Excel functions, and preferably familiar with Power Query, Power Pivot and Power BI Preferably with experience in Software & Platforms industry, and knowledge of data and cloud infrastructure products. Responsible, strong communication skills, able to support customers in sales reporting and sales opportunity management. Roles and Responsibilities: "Strategic Reporting & Business Insights:Lead the team in producing detailed business analysis and summary reports that provide insights aligned with sales goals and business strategy.Customized Reporting Oversight:Ensure that personalized reports are created and delivered in a timely manner, offering strategic insights and recommendations for the sales team.Team Communication & Risk Management:Lead the organization and facilitation of regular communication meetings for the sales team, ensuring that action items and risks related to sales opportunities are clearly documented and addressed.Inquiry Management:Oversee responses to inquiries from the sales team about business data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Address more complex or escalated inquiries as needed.Leadership & Performance Management:Manage a team of 20+ employees, ensuring high-quality output and meeting KPIs for reporting, communication, and inquiry response.
