Principal duties for this role include auditing invoices and invoicing for auto transportation and containerized shipments in accordance with client policies. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of invoicing is crucial to avoiding financial risk for both our company and the client. This position involves reconciliations, audits, research, and providing customer service support to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborating with business partners to address inquiries related to vendor and client invoices is also a key responsibility. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, effective time management, and problem-solving capabilities. The role requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in interpreting general business publications, technical procedures, and numerical data is essential, along with the capacity to generate simple reports and business correspondence. Additionally, the candidate must be adept at calculating various figures and amounts like discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and measurements. Excellent communication skills are vital to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from management, customers, and colleagues. Required skills for this position include the ability to interpret business publications, technical procedures, and numerical data accurately.
