Proficiency in using keyboard shortcuts and efficient computer usage is advantageous. A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude towards customers, coupled with a willingness to learn, innovate, and proactively tackle challenges, are key attributes for success in this role. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service to international clients via live chat and email, ensuring timely resolution of queries. Collecting and relaying customer feedback to enhance products and services while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in all communications is crucial.
