Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior creatives in conceptualizing and scripting ad films (TVCs and digital films).
• Write catchy mainlines, dialogues, and film scripts that resonate with both brand and audience.
• Collaborate with art directors, creative directors, and producers to build strong concepts.
• Research the brand, audience, and celebrity personality to deliver relevant, on-tone messaging.
• Work on campaign ideas, not just standalone films—ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
• Be open to feedback and ready to iterate scripts as needed.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a creative agency or production company.
• A portfolio/showreel of ad films you’ve worked on—especially with

  Bollywood celebrity collaborations

  or well-known Indian brands.
• Strong writing skills in English and/or Hindi (depending on project needs).
• Understanding of storytelling for mass audiences, especially in the Indian context.
• Awareness of pop culture, film language, and brand tonality.
• Passion for films, advertising, and high-energy collaborative environments.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working under a senior copywriter or film director.
• Contributions to integrated brand campaigns (TV + digital + social).
• Awards, internships, or notable collaborations.
