The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with industrial clients and generating sales of admixtures, curing compounds, and other value-added products. Role & responsibilities : 1. Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities for the company's range of admixtures, curing compounds, shuttering oils etc. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key RMCs, Builders to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. 3. Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation, and project management. 4. Work closely with technical teams to provide customers with technical advice and support, and to ensure that the products meet customer requirements. 5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity and provide regular feedback to senior management on industry developments and emerging opportunities. 6. Achieve sales targets and KPIs and provide regular reports on sales activity and performance. 7. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile 1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 2. At least 8 years of experience in project sales within the construction chemical industry. 3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
