Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Techno-Sales Executive for our Admixture Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, client servicing, and technical support for our range of construction admixtures, working closely with contractors, builders, RMC plants, and project consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell concrete admixtures and construction chemicals to RMC plants, contractors, and infrastructure companies.
  • Conduct site visits for technical support, trials, and troubleshooting.
  • Understand customer project requirements and provide technical solutions accordingly.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and channel partners.
  • Organize product demos, technical seminars, and training sessions for clients and applicators. Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback in the region.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and coordinate with the accounts team.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project progress, and sales activities. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
