Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation:

  • Drive admissions through ATL (Above-The-Line) & BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing strategies such as school seminars, public seminars, and residential campaigns within assigned territories.
  1. Institutional Outreach:

  • Visit schools and engage with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers to promote AESL programs and drive business development.
  1. Home Counselling:

  • Conduct home visits to counsel students and parents, delivering a seamless experience that leads to student enrollment.
  1. Local Networking:

  • Build relationships with local tuition teachers and educational influencers to create referral opportunities.
  1. Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure adherence to all internal processes and compliance standards.

Requirements for Success

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, empathetic, and persuasive communication style.
  • Excellent networking, public speaking, and seminar delivery skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and CRM/Sales-related software.
  • Fluent in English and the regional language.
  • Willingness to travel and engage in public speaking events.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Education:

    Bachelors Degree
  • Preferred:

    B.Tech / MBA / Master's in Psychology, Education, or related fields
  • Experience:

  • Prior experience in education or career counseling
  • Proven track record in B2C (Business-to-Customer) sales in any industry
