Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Drive admissions through ATL (Above-The-Line) & BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing strategies such as school seminars, public seminars, and residential campaigns within assigned territories.

Institutional Outreach:

Visit schools and engage with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers to promote AESL programs and drive business development.

Home Counselling:

Conduct home visits to counsel students and parents, delivering a seamless experience that leads to student enrollment.

Local Networking:

Build relationships with local tuition teachers and educational influencers to create referral opportunities.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure adherence to all internal processes and compliance standards.

Requirements for Success

Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, empathetic, and persuasive communication style.
Excellent networking, public speaking, and seminar delivery skills.
Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and CRM/Sales-related software.
Fluent in English and the regional language.
Willingness to travel and engage in public speaking events.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Education:
Bachelors Degree
Preferred:
B.Tech / MBA / Master's in Psychology, Education, or related fields

Prior experience in education or career counseling
Proven track record in B2C (Business-to-Customer) sales in any industry

Students, parents, school staff, and vendors/partners for ATL & BTL campaigns
