Our mission is to ensure every learner can say: “Aapki Skills hi Aapka Success ban sakta hai.”Position Summary:We are hiring a Senior Admission Counselor with deep experience in EdTech sales, especially in online UG/PG degree program counseling. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for professionals who can independently manage the sales funnel—from counseling to closing—with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound inquiries related to online UG/PG programs (MBA, BBA, MCA, etc.).Counsel prospective students & working professionals via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings.Understand learner goals and provide tailored course recommendations.Drive on-the-spot closures through need-based consultative selling and objection handling.Manage daily lead follow-ups and maintain complete CRM discipline.Achieve and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets.Coordinate with documentation and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.Share feedback on lead quality and sales performance during weekly reviews.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C EdTech Sales, specifically in online degree program enrollments.Proven record of meeting or exceeding monthly targets consistently.Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated individual with consultative selling skills.Familiarity with CRM systems like LeadSquared, Zoho, or Salesforce.Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of the sales cycle.Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹4.5 LPAVariable Salary: ₹1.2 LPA( On 100% TGT)Additional Incentive - No limitIncentives: Performance-based incentives post-training periodTraining & Review Period: 22 Days (includes induction, product knowledge, sales audit, and probation)Performance-linked growth opportunities every 6–12 monthsWork Schedule:Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMLocation: Noida (Work from Office)How to Apply:📩 Send your resume to: hr@hyskilled.com
