Company Description Crayons Academy for Skills Excellence (CASE) is a sports development consultancy and college sports admissions counseling firm. CASE promotes young talent and facilitates their admissions to colleges worldwide. We guide young students through the sports admission process and mentor them from an early age to balance their athletic and academic schedules. Our mission is to help prospective student-athletes pursue competitive sports while obtaining valuable college degrees. We strive to match each student with the “right fit” college for their athletic and academic needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Academic Counselor. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for advising students on academic and athletic schedules, guiding students through the sports admission process, and providing career counseling. The counselor will also mentor students to help them achieve their academic goals and facilitate their admissions to suitable colleges. Qualifications Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling Strong Communication skills Expertise in Academic Advising and Education Excellent interpersonal and mentoring abilities Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in New Delhi Previous experience in counseling or education is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field Show more Show less
