to support our promoter and manage office administration, HR coordination, vendor management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office maintenance and inventory
  • Arrange travel and process vendor payments
  • Coordinate with vendors and support promoter s personal tasks
  • Assist with HR functions: on boarding, payroll, attendance, exits
  • Maintain Excel records and prepare reports

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any field
  • 2 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
  • Good communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Located in or near Thaltej, Ahmedabad
