Degree/Skills/Knowledge: Graduation, Hands-on experience with Tally, Ms Office (Basic), Email/Letter drafting skills (English).
Work Profile:
➔ Inward (Purchase) & Outward (Sale) inventory entry into Tally Software.
➔ Get site wise material dispatch data (BOQ: Bill of Quantities) from the concerned person & feed them into Tally to check live material stock at warehouse.
➔ Feed daily internal office & employee expenses data into Tally.
➔ Provide sale entry data to finance officer to generate TAX Invoices & making GST Payments on time.
➔ Maintaining presence/absence record of employees & prepare data to make their salary payments.
➔ To check current account bank statements daily & update financial data into Tally.
➔ To maintain company’s customer database in excel sheet as well as in the filing form.
➔ To manage customer orders on Government Solar Portal & solve document/order related queries received on portal by Discoms (Electricity Companies).
➔ Liasoning work with Government Bodies/Discoms via email or visiting if required.
➔ Record keeping of customer, purchase, sales, expenses, banking & stock in filing form.
