Position: Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist

Job Summary:

The Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and reconciling all accounts payable and receivable transactions for KTR Freight Pvt Ltd. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable:
• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Verify and match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports.
• Maintain and update vendor records and contact information.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely manner.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Accounts Receivable:
• Prepare and send invoices to customers.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and collect payments.
• Maintain and update customer accounts and contact information.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• General Accounting:
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare and analyze various financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable and receivable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
