Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations at Wiser Foods. The role involves maintaining accurate books, handling GST and TDS compliance, managing vendor payments, and coordinating with our logistics and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily records of purchases, sales, and inventory using Tally or relevant software
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time
• Handle invoices, bills, payment follow-ups, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and logistics partners for smooth billing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Assist in internal and external audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in FMCG/logistics sector)
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and MS Office
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax laws
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred:

• Experience in a food distribution or import/export business
• Familiarity with stock audits and cold-chain operations accounting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
