Accounts Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager with a strong background in real estate or construction accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including bookkeeping, project budgeting, taxation, compliance, and RERA-related documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounts and finance operations
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and records
• Budgeting and cost control for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, GST filings, TDS deductions, and statutory compliance
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and handle RERA-related documentation
• Coordinate with auditors, CA firms, and legal advisors
• Monitor bank transactions, loan statements, and fund utilization
• Maintain vendor and subcontractor payment schedules
• Ensure timely financial reporting to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Tally ERP, and MS Excel
• Familiarity with RERA compliance and documentation process
• Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates with prior experience in a real estate development company
• Familiarity with real estate project cash flow cycles
• Proactive and responsible with a solution-oriented approach

Salary: Commensurate with experience
