Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
1. Accounting Operations
- Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and financial data entry.
2. Financial Reporting
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
3. Accounts Management
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation.
4. Account Reconciliation
- Reconcile all company accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and inter-company accounts.
5. Financial Analysis
- Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
6. Compliance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
7. Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate financial information to management and other stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and MS Excel.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the manufacturing or textile industry is a plus.
