About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant cum Office Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and general office support functions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling bookkeeping, preparing billing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating with our external CA firm for compliance and filings. Key Responsibilities: Maintain company-level financial records and ledgers Record daily transactions, manage invoices, and assist with TDS/GST-related tasks Prepare and organize documents for external CA submission Monitor and track payments, receivables, and petty cash Maintain internal Excel-based trackers for expenses, attendance, and reimbursements Assist in drafting official emails and simple paperwork Support basic HR admin work as needed (onboarding checklists, leave records, etc.) Requirements: Proven experience in basic accounting and office administration Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets Familiarity with billing, invoice tracking, and TDS/GST basics Good communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a small team environment Trustworthy, punctual, and detail-oriented Bonus if you have: Experience coordinating with external CA/consultancy firms Prior experience in a startup or small business setup Tally, or any accounting tool
