Accountant cum Computer Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant cum in-store sales executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures. The ideal candidate should be efficient, organized, and capable of handling financial responsibilities independently.

Experience Minimum: 5 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and maintaining financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) and reports.

Ensuring accurate and timely tax filings and compliance with tax laws. GST Monthly return filling (like as GSTR 1 Bill wise and HSN wise working and uploading, GSTR B2B Verification and GSTR 3B Filing) and TDS Payment processing

Conducting internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Maintaining accurate and organized financial records and ledgers.

Tally entries monthly closing and verifying

Credit note filing and Debit note follow-ups

Purchase bill price verification and Payment follow-ups

Employee Salaries, ESI, PF Uploading data’s and payment processing

Bank reconciliation

GST Notice working and attend the hearings with auditor support

To finalize the tally and coordinating to auditor’s for ITR Filing

Petty Cash, Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and standards.

In-store Sales

Skills Required:

Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.

Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations.

Accuracy and thoroughness in record-keeping and reporting.

Ability to identify and solve problems related to financial data.

Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively.

Familiarity with accounting software and tools. (Ex. Tally ERP, Prime )

Ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.

Ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
