Position Overview:

We are urgently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Accountancy Teacher to deliver the Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level curriculum. The ideal candidate will bring both subject expertise and teaching experience aligned with the Cambridge international education framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in IGCSE and AS/A Level Accountancy.
• Prepare students for Cambridge international examinations with a focus on academic rigor and excellence.
• Design lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Track and report student progress regularly to stakeholders.
• Engage actively in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and school-wide initiatives.
• Maintain discipline, ethics, and a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce/Accountancy or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience in Cambridge curriculum (IGCSE, AS/A Levels).
• Strong knowledge of Cambridge syllabus content, marking schemes, and assessment patterns.
• Excellent command of English and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Cambridge PDQ or other certified teacher training qualifications.
• Prior experience teaching senior grades (Grades 9–12 or equivalent).
• Familiarity with international school environments.
