Job Description

Account Manager

As a Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing strategic client relationships, understanding their hiring needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment services, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. You will work closely with our US IT recruitment team to identify, attract, and place top IT professionals for our clients.

Employment Details:

  • Job type: Permanent (Onsite)
  • Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
  • Shift Timing: Night Shift (6 pm 3 am IST) ONSITE
  • Monday – Friday (Saturday and Sunday are fixed off)
  • Salary: As per industry standards.

Roles and responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering and Recruitment Collaboration:

  • Work closely with clients to gather detailed and accurate job requirements. Understand the technical skills, experience, and cultural fit required for each position.
  • Analyzing, Screening, & Submitting consultant profiles as per client requirements and work keenly with Hiring manager to close the position.
  • Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interview.

2. Requirement management and Service Delivery:

  • Hiring managers should be able to create job requisitions, specifying the skills, qualifications, and other requirements for the positions they need to fill. These requisitions are often posted on the VMS platform, accessible to approved staffing vendors.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and effective delivery of qualified candidates. Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate placement.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the IT industry.
  • Understand the specific hiring needs and culture of each client.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly.
  • Regularly assess client satisfaction and work to exceed their expectations.

4. Reporting and Market Analysis:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Identify emerging talent needs and market opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account management.

5. Account Growth:

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue enhancement within existing client accounts.

6. Contract Negotiation:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, including pricing and payment terms. Ensure that contracts align with both client and company interests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven 3-5years of experience in Staffing and IT consulting, with a focus on building and managing key client accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including the latest technologies and trends
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and ATS software.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
