Job Description

Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reports To: Director

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee and manage our financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, statutory returns, employee compliances, and financial reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable and ensure timely follow-up and collection from clients.
  • Handle Accounts Payable by verifying bills, processing payments, and maintaining vendor records.
  • File GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) accurately and within statutory deadlines.
  • Handle TDS Deduction & Return Filing as per applicable rules.
  • Generate and maintain invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
  • Manage employee-related compliances such as PF, ESI, TDS on salary, and coordinate with HR/payroll teams.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and general ledger reconciliations regularly.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all accounting transactions.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and MIS as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting and finance with a focus on statutory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with a CA firm or mid-sized corporate setup.
  • Knowledge of income tax returns and ROC compliances is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and financial reporting.

Salary: upto 25,000
Employment Type: Full-Time
