We are looking for
Account Manager II Food Production for our food division
having experience in Client management and client retention . Will serve as the main point of contact for the client in coordinating and executing NSF certification services
Principal Accountabilities
- Client-facing role to oversee food certification projects for assigned area(s)
- Will serve as the main point of contact for the client in coordinating and executing NSF certification services and meeting target KPI’s.
- Serve as the client’s primary point of contact for all NSF-related services and activities to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of standards/regulations, certification decisions, policies and technical requirements.
- Manage certification projects for assigned customers for certification of new facilities and maintain certification of existing facilities.
- Complete Application reviews to confirm that clients have the ability to comply with the respective standards/regulations they are seeking certification for prior to the client proceeding to inspection.
- Compile, organize and maintain client certification documentation to justify ongoing compliance for certification and accreditation purposes and proper invoicing including the update of relevant databases.
- Meet with clients (phone calls, video calls, in office, at tradeshows, or at their facilities) as needed to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Provides customer education / training on standards, regulations, or audit process.
- Minimal travel involved in this role
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years post-secondary/college degree in related discipline, or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
- Minimum of one(1) to three(3) years work experience in account management role
- Knowledge of the principles, practices and regulations pertaining to certification of facilities and compliance.
- Skilled at communicating through various forms such as phone, e-mail, public forums, training/education and executive meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good communication skills must required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated expertise in facilitating certification projects
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Customer consultations and/or advisory experience.
