Account Manager II Food Production

We are seeking an Account Manager II for our food production division with expertise in client management and retention. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating and executing NSF certification services efficiently. Your responsibilities will include overseeing food certification projects, managing certification projects for both new and existing facilities, and ensuring client compliance with standards and regulations. You will maintain client certification documentation, conduct client meetings as necessary, and provide customer education/training on standards, regulations, and audit processes. This role involves minimal travel. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of post-secondary education in a related discipline or equivalent work experience, along with 1-3 years of experience in an account management role. Knowledge of certification principles, regulations, and strong communication skills are essential. Problem-solving skills, project management expertise, and customer consultation experience are preferred qualifications.
