Responsibilities of Accounts Executive: Prepare for payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. Manage all accounting transactions Prepare budget forecasts and Monitoring spending Publish financial statements in time Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely bank payments Compute taxes and prepare tax returns Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity Comply with financial policies and regulations Accomplish the result by performing the duty. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits Qualifications for Accounts Executive: 1 -3 Year Work experience as an Accountant Hands-on experience with Tally accounting software Advanced MS Excel and Email Skills Experience with general ledger functions Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills BCOM Graduate Specifics: Gender – Female / Male Age – 25-30 years Good Command on English / Hindi / Marathi From Navi Mumbai / Thane or nearby Area Experience – 3-5 Yrs (GST Filing, TDS, Sale/ Purchase, Reconciliation, Finalization) Salary – 25-35 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,808.41 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
