Account Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing statutory compliance tasks such as EPFO, ESIC, and wage sheet preparation, along with generating and managing monthly invoices. Experience in the manpower services or staffing industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update EPFO and ESIC records and filings in compliance with statutory regulations
• Prepare monthly wage sheets, ensuring accuracy in employee attendance, overtime, and deductions
• Generate monthly invoices based on client agreements and manpower deployment
• Coordinate with operations and HR teams to gather necessary payroll and attendance data
• Handle queries related to payroll, statutory deductions, and invoicing from clients or employees
• Ensure timely submissions of challans, returns, and other statutory documentation
• Assist in internal audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and financial procedures
• Maintain organized records for easy tracking and reporting

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role (experience in manpower services is a strong advantage)
• Good knowledge of EPFO, ESIC, and wage compliance
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, etc.)
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
