Position: Accounts Assistant Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office Experience: Minimum 1 year About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally , general accounting principles, and marketplace reconciliation (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally & ERP Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records Perform marketplace reconciliation – matching payments, orders, returns, and commissions Support monthly GST, TDS, and other statutory filings Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for invoice tracking and payments Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management Maintain accurate documentation and files Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime Knowledge of basic accounting principles and reconciliations Experience in handling e-commerce marketplace accounts is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines Show more Show less
