Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our student base by managing lead generation, conducting demo sessions, and supporting sales closures. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course offerings. Schedule and conduct demo sessions (online or in-person). Follow up with leads and maintain a detailed record of interactions. Assist students with the admission process and course selection. Achieve monthly sales/enrollment targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads from campaigns. Maintain positive relationships with enrolled students for referrals. Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or academic counseling (preferably in the education/training sector). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle targets and work under pressure. Familiarity with CAD software or engineering education is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
