Should have a solid background of at least 5 years in the IT industry.Must be an experienced and motivated trainer capable of spearheading our training initiatives within Litmus7.Role involves designing and delivering training programs for new hires and existing employees.Developing training plans and content with SMEs, and maintaining comprehensive training records.Candidate must be comfortable handling technical training sessions in Java, Python, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Front end technologies like React, Type Script, Git, Maven, Agile Methodology and Microservices.Knowledge of other programming languages and technology areas would be an added advantage.
