Role Overview

Sales Trainee

This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a high-growth career in edtech sales.

Key Responsibilities

• ● Speak with potential learners via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their career goals
• ● Recommend suitable courses and explain how they align with learner needs
• ● Maintain lead details and follow-up activity in the CRM system
• ● Meet and exceed monthly performance targets during and after training
• ● Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled learners
