Job Title: Academic Coordinator/Advisor Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Travel Requirement: Up to 40% travel across locations Employment Type: Full-Time About Us: We are a growing network of schools committed to delivering high-quality, student-centric education across urban and semi-urban areas. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Academic Coordinator / Excellence Manager who can drive academic outcomes in Grades 8 to 10 by mentoring teachers, reviewing content, and ensuring instructional rigor across multiple schools. Key Responsibilities: Lead academic planning and implementation for Grades 8 to 10 across partner schools. Observe classes, coach subject teachers (especially in Math, Science, and English), and ensure alignment to curriculum goals. Monitor student outcomes and support schools in improving academic performance. Design and conduct teacher training and capacity-building workshops. Review and refine teaching-learning materials and assessments to improve academic delivery. Work closely with school heads and teacher teams to foster academic discipline and excellence. Travel to schools across districts (40% of work days) for classroom observations, teacher support, and performance monitoring. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject area (Math/Science/English preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience teaching or managing academics in Grades 8–10. Strong understanding of pedagogy, curriculum design, and learning outcomes. Experience in teacher coaching or academic coordination preferred. Willingness to travel frequently and work in diverse school environments. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills. Preferred: Exposure to CBSE/State Board curriculum. Proficiency in English and regional languages is an added advantage. Why Join Us?
