Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and its application. Hands-on experience or knowledge of DFMEA . Practical experience with design for Manufacturing in injection molds, press tools, and different manufacturing processes. Good analytical skills . Good communication & presentation skills . Strong learning skills , capable of acquiring new knowledge rapidly. Good understanding of reading Drawings . Experience in Project Management . Hands-on experience with Plastics and Sheetmetals . Better than average written and spoken communication skills . Proficiency in CAD Software like UG (for 3D Modeling, drafting & Sheetmetal) and OSDM (preferable). Experience in Tolerance Analysis .
