Create detailed 3D model using
3ds Max
based on sketches, CAD plans, or concept references.
Develop realistic
materials, lighting, and camera setups
for rendering.
Render
photorealistic still images and animations
using V-Ray, Corona, or similar rendering engines.
Collaborate with design teams to understand visualization needs and make design adjustments as needed.
Optimize 3D assets for fast rendering and high quality.
Participate in
project planning and review meetings
to provide input on visualization timelines and feasibility.
Manage and organize rendering files and assets efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficient in
Autodesk 3ds Max
, with strong knowledge of
V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Arnold
.
Experience with
Adobe Photoshop
for post-production and image enhancements.
Strong understanding of
lighting, composition, and color theory
.
Knowledge of modeling, texturing, UV mapping, and rendering workflows.
Familiarity with
architectural drawings
and terminology (a plus for architectural visualization roles).
Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Portfolio Requirement:

previous 3D Max renderings

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in
3D Designer, Architecture,
or related field.
Experience with additional tools like
SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or Unreal Engine
is a plus.
Animation and walkthrough experience is desirable.
