Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

3D asset creation: hard-surface and organic modelingCC
UV unwrapping, texturing (PBR workflow), and material setup
Rigging (mechanical and basic character rigs)
Keyframe animation (objects & characters)
Scene setup: lighting, camera animation, and rendering
Manage full production pipeline from layout to final render

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Blender or Maya (at least one mandatory)
Experience with Cycles/Eevee or Arnold renderers
Good understanding of topology, non-destructive workflows, and modifiers
Solid grasp of animation principles
Basic compositing and color correction (Blender Compositor / After Effects preferred)
File optimization for rendering and real-time output
Plus Points (Not Mandatory):
Familiarity with Substance Painter, ZBrush, or Marvelous Designer
Knowledge of real-time workflows (Unity/Unreal Engine)
Python scripting for automation inside Blender/Maya
Experience with simulations: particles, cloth, or fluid (Mantaflow / nCloth)

Other Requirements:

Strong portfolio or showreel
Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a team
Clear communication and time management
