Job Title: Business Development Associate Location: Sharjah, Dubai Industry: Staffing & Recruitment Reports To: CEO / HoD Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and promoting our staffing services across various industries. Key Responsibilities: ? Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within target markets. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, hiring authorities, and decision-makers. ? Understand client needs and present customized staffing solutions. ? Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients. ? Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and service agreements. ? Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions. ? Achieve or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals. ? Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings. ? Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems. ? Provide feedback on market intelligence and client requirements to internal teams. Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field (preferred). ? Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in staffing/recruitment or HR solutions. ? Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment process and industry trends. ? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ? Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: ? Existing network of clients and contacts in target industries. ? Experience in IT, healthcare, industrial, or professional staffing verticals. ? Familiarity with VMS/MSP environments is a plus. Compensation: ? Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives/commissions. ? Benefits: travel allowance, etc.
