As a Zoho Developer at Bahubali E-Rickshaw, you will be a key player in driving digital transformation within our organization using Zoho's suite of applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and enhance Zoho-based systems, enabling smarter workflows and improved decision-making processes. Your success in this role will be defined by your ability to build customized Zoho applications that align with our business needs, enhance efficiency by automating processes using Zoho tools, and work closely with various departments to develop scalable solutions. You should be proactive in exploring new Zoho functionalities and strive to create long-term value through system optimization and integrations. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho People, and Zoho Expense - Customize modules, create workflows, automation, and deluge scripting - Configure and manage Zoho Contracts and Zoho Sign - Identify process gaps and propose digital solutions through the Zoho Suite - Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Integrate Zoho with internal systems and third-party apps via APIs or integrations - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance concerns - Maintain data integrity, backups, and compliance standards Qualifications: - 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications, especially CRM and Creator - Working knowledge of Zoho People, Zoho Expense, Zoho Contracts, and Zoho Sign - Strong understanding of Deluge scripting, APIs, and workflow automation - Ability to comprehend business processes and develop efficient tech solutions - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred - Willingness to work on-site in Delhi Join us at Bahubali E-Rickshaw and be part of the green mobility revolution in India.
