You will be required to handle incident and change management functions under production support. It is essential to have a proven work experience of 3 to 4 years in a ZOHO CRM Functional Consultant role and familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. An understanding of ZOHO CRM best practices and functionality, along with the ability to analyze and interpret business requirements, will be crucial for success in this role.
