Workshop Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Growth:
• Develop and implement strategies to drive monthly business growth.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase workshop revenue.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to meet or exceed business targets.
• Compliance with Company Guidelines:
• Ensure all workshop activities align with company policies and guidelines.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency.
• Customer Satisfaction:
• Oversee customer interactions to ensure a positive and satisfying experience.
• Address customer concerns promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a customer-centric culture within the workshop team.
• Workshop Hygiene:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
• Implement and enforce hygiene protocols to meet industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role in [industry].
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent understanding of workshop operations, customer service, and business growth strategies.
