JOB SUMMARYThis position performs research on, designs, develops, and implements current and future global Human Resources Systems/Integrations and delivers project related documents (i.e., requirements documents, design documents, request for proposal, test case development etc.). This position collaborates with organizational stakeholders, internal and external Information Technology (IT) groups, vendors, and senior management to establish and implement systems and processes that reduce errors and improve efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving Workday-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed. Configure and maintain Workday business processes, reports, and integrations to ensure optimal functionality and data accuracy. Configures Workday Recruiting, Compensation and HCM in partnership with UPS business partners and external vendor(s). Responsibilities include business processes, grade profiles, salary ranges, eligibility rules, validation rules, notifications. Prepare EIB Mass Data Templates to upload into Workday. Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities for Workday updates and enhancements Reviews and analyzes recurring issues to identify possible problem triggers and best resolution.Supports security and internal/external systems audits and ensures system access meets compliance. Manages reported production issues though help desk case management tool and works with internal work groups and external vendors on resolutions. Evaluates impact of new and modified applications/integrations to determine their effect on existing applications and works with IT to coordinate conversions of existing applications. Maintains foundational data in HR Systems (Job Profiles, Department IDs, Cost Centers, etc.) Conducts data audits to identify inconsistencies in data sets between HR Systems, IDH, and payroll QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree or international equivalent. Experiencethree to five years of Workday Configuration exposure. Proven experience as a Workday Configuration Developer, with in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules. Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security, and reporting. Experience with Workday integrations and the ability to troubleshoot integration issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Workday certification is a plus. PreferencesPrevious HR Systems experience with SaaS solutions (Workday) or HR functional knowledge of HR processes. Ability to support global time zones as needed for systems testing and releases.

Workday Security Administration: Provide ongoing security and access management for HR systems in Workday . Conduct Workday Security access reviews , ensuring users have the correct access levels for their roles. Implement security configurations within Workday, working closely with HR Operations to meet business requirements. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure SOX compliance and Cyber controls are effectively managed within Workday Security . Perform access control monitoring to identify and rectify security gaps. Collaborate with security teams to implement cybersecurity measures to protect HR data within Workday. Configuration & Testing: Design, test, and deliver Workday Security configuration changes based on business requirements. Provide configuration expertise for ongoing Workday projects. Manage the Workday security lifecycle , ensuring configurations are continuously optimized and aligned with evolving business needs. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with HR Operations , IT , and Cybersecurity teams to ensure all security processes are aligned and functioning effectively. Generate reports on security status, access reviews, and compliance to be presented to management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: 4-6 years of experience in Workday Security and Access Management . Proven expertise in Workday Security configuration , access management , and security roles . In-depth knowledge of SOX compliance and cybersecurity controls within Workday. Experience with designing , testing , and delivering Workday Security configuration changes . Cybersecurity & Compliance: Strong understanding of SOX , GDPR , and other regulatory compliance requirements related to Workday . The Workday Tech Analyst supports CMEs HR systems and is responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation associated with the production support and project activities of the Workday HCM system, policies, and related processes. The Analyst collaborates with and advises enterprise users, technical staff, HR stakeholders and HR business partners on system design decisions, user experience, issue resolution, and process design across Workday HCM modules and other HR Technologies. Key Responsibilities: Leverage broad knowledge and expertise on Workday HCM architecture across multiple functional areas for supporting steady state production work end-to-end. Facilitates the capture of and/or captures business requirements resulting in functional specifications & translates functional specifications into functional design for HCM solutions of simple to medium complexity. Supports and facilitates Workday HCM system testing, identifies discrepancies and formulates remediation plan. Create documentation for standard procedures as well as assist other team members with configuration documentation. Partner with Technology teams on any required testing support for related HR integrations. Complete complex security updates including assign roles and updates to policy permissions. Perform report updates such as adding a filter or a field while strengthening technical skills on complex reporting requests such as nested calculated fields and matrix reports. Execute independently on inbound EIBs while adhering to documented procedures. Responsible for business process design, configuration, report development, security, release management and implementation of solutions. Performs all job duties while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality in accordance with established CME policies, procedures, and industry best practices. May participate and support any additional HR system initiatives as needed.
