Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time analysis to support business decisions on service levels, shrinkage, attrition, and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain accurate capacity plans to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in workforce management processes.
  • Implement effective resource planning strategies to optimize staff schedules.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in Workforce Management or related field.
  • Hand on experience in RTA (Real Time Analysis), Capacity Planning, Forecasting, Scheduling, Resource Planning, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Capacity Management principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data insights into actionable recommendations.
