Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide real-time analysis to support business decisions on service levels, shrinkage, attrition, and forecasting.
Develop and maintain accurate capacity plans to meet business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in workforce management processes.
Implement effective resource planning strategies to optimize staff schedules.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-3 years of experience in Workforce Management or related field.
Hand on experience in RTA (Real Time Analysis), Capacity Planning, Forecasting, Scheduling, Resource Planning, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Capacity Management principles.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data insights into actionable recommendations.
