WordPress Developer lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of WordPress developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites.
• Manage project timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of web projects.
• Develop custom themes and plugins as per project requirements.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, SEO specialists, and other developers for seamless integration.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure clean, scalable code practices.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct regular training or knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.
• Liaise with clients (if needed) to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
• Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and REST APIs.
• Experience with WordPress builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
• Deep understanding of WordPress core, custom post types, taxonomies, and plugin architecture.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in leading a development team or project is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
