The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing logistics operations, coordinating supply chain activities, overseeing sales and to provide customer support. - Attend customer inquiries from across globe, document the call inquiry and communicate to the right operations team across the globe. - Follow-up on existing inquiries on daily basis, work closely with the operations and shipping to ensure that the shipping transaction gets executed accordingly. - Must have strong documentation skills, communication skills and operational skills. -Should be open to learn logistics SOP on our global operations. - Preferred to have Logistics, Supply Chain, Cross Border Trade, Customs Regulations experiences. - Must have strong experience in using MS-Office tools, any TMS,WMS, CRM tools.

About The Role Brainsquare is looking for a Java/Oracle Support Engineer to join our international support team working on critical enterprise applications. You will ensure the stability and performance of key business systems by troubleshooting issues, supporting users, and collaborating closely with development and infrastructure teams. This is a full-time position within Brainsquare India (Mumbai region) , with rotational shifts and on-call responsibilities . You will become part of a high-impact environment where your insights and solutions contribute directly to the operational continuity of complex platforms.
