The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automation scripts to ensure the quality and performance of warehouse-related software applications and systems. Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement automated test scripts for warehouse management systems (WMS) and supply chain applications. - Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman). - Understand warehouse processes such as inventory control, order management, picking, packing, shipping, and returns to build real-world test scenarios. - Conduct API testing and integration testing for backend services supporting warehouse operations. - Perform functional, regression, system, and performance testing of WMS platforms. - Collaborate closely with warehouse operations, product, and development teams to define test plans and strategies. - Identify, document, and track software defects and work with developers to resolve them. - Continuously improve test automation strategies to enhance coverage, efficiency, and reliability. - Ensure quality standards are met before product releases and after system updates. - Analyze warehouse operation workflows to identify opportunities for QA process improvements. - Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
