Key Account Support Executive 1. Client Coordination & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients regarding their logistics needs. Maintain proactive communication on shipment updates, delays, and resolutions. Support account managers in nurturing long-term relationships with clients. 2. Shipment & Operations Support Coordinate daily pick-up, dispatch, and delivery schedules with internal teams and transport partners. Monitor shipment status and proactively handle exceptions (e.g., delays, damages, re-routing). Ensure clients are updated with real-time tracking and timely notifications. 3. Order Management & Documentation Handle booking, order entry, and service requests in TMS/WMS or ERP systems. Ensure all logistics documents (AWBs, delivery challans, PODs, invoices) are accurately maintained and shared with clients. Support import/export documentation as needed (e.g., Bill of Lading, customs clearance docs). 4. Service Level Monitoring Track and report KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), TAT (Turnaround Time), and service level adherence. Raise flags internally for SLA breaches and follow up for root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Ensure adherence to client-specific SOPs. 5. Billing & Dispute Resolution Coordinate with the finance/billing team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. Address and resolve billing disputes or claims (e.g., demurrage, detention charges, rate discrepancies). Reconcile accounts with client procurement or finance teams as needed. 6. Client Reporting & Performance Dashboards Share daily/weekly/monthly shipment summaries and dashboards with key clients. Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or cost-saving opportunities. Assist in preparing QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and other review meetings. 7. Internal Coordination & Issue Escalation Work closely with operations, warehousing, transport, and customer service teams. Escalate critical issues (e.g., lost shipments, high-value order risks) promptly to account managers or operations heads. Ensure timely closure of open service tickets or complaints. 8. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all processes follow safety, regulatory, and client-specific compliance requirements (e.g., cold chain, hazardous goods). Maintain proper records for audits or internal controls. Support internal process audits or client assessments.

Design and execute digital transformation roadmap for performance improvements to enhance effectiveness of end-to-end Supply Chain Operations. Drive organizational culture change by promoting the adoption of digital capabilities and automation, organising trainings, refresher courses, ideation sessions & awarding digital initiatives. Review of adherence and appropriateness of DOA / SOD policies. Stay updated with industry trends and latest development in digital transformation field and exploring opportunities to implement best practises. Exploring possibilities and implementation of RPA (Robotics Process Automation) in Order to Cash (OTC) / Procure to Pay (PTP) Supply chain process. Developing automated MIS system. Working with IT for nomination and requisite trainings to Super Users and Power Users. Ensuring appropriateness and optimum utilisation of IT hardware across sites and third-party service providers / contractors. Conducting Audit of supply chain process (OTC / PTP) identifying gaps and proposing / implementing digital solutions. Primary Responsibilities: Ensuring seamless and successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives of the organisation like SAP Version Upgrade / WMS / TMS and other AI/ML initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams, setting milestones, managing resources, and monitoring progress. Identifying repetitive, manual and time consuming task and automating it through RPA (Robotics Process Automation) thereby optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs in supply chain domain. Fostering digital culture & approach within supply chain team. Conducting events such as IT Day encouraging digital initiatives in collaboration with IT Team. Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies and Best practises in the field of digital transformation and AI/ML implementing the same with required business value. Conducting & organising IT training sessions / refresher sessions ensuring optimum utilisation of systems and process capabilities within supply chain domain. Review status & ensure completion of IT Training by Supply Chain team members. Designing and implementing Risk Mitigation Mechanism in supply chain domain identifying the risks and response strategies [Accept, Avoid, Transfer, Reduce, Hedge]. Working with IT Team on nomination & requisite training of Power User & Super User at each site. Arranging refresher training for the power & super users. Designing & maintaining automated reporting model & tools transforming raw data into meaningful insights on supply chain KPI’s for data driven decisions. Troubleshooting with the support of IT team on case to case basis. Ideation sessions on Quarterly basis generating ideas and digital solutions for overall excellence of end to end supply chain process. Conducting periodic Audits of Supply chain process (Order to Cash / Procure to Pay) to figure out gaps and propose / implement digital solutions for the same. Review of DOA / SOD framework ensuring its appropriateness related to supply chain process. Periodic analysis of transaction logs to identify any deviation to ensure adherence. Conducting audit of IT hardware and network speed related to supply chain domain including assets at third party service providers/contractors for its appropriateness and effective utilisation and working with IT for resolution of any concerns. Working with stakeholders for closure of system related audit findings in audit by internal / externals auditors. Creating design documentation of digital initiatives to communicate change, improvements or recommendations for senior stakeholders, challenging the status quo where necessary. Support in Supply Chain Excellence projects for operational excellence & cost savings. Project on Digital solutions for carbon emission reduction. People Development: Support & collaborate to foster a performance driven culture in the team. Actively participate in HR initiatives to drive overall employee engagement and motivation.
