Website Developer (Full-time, Remote)

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Website Developer who will assist in building and maintaining WordPress websites, focusing on frontend/backend development, performance optimization, and working within Git & Agile workflows. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a full-stack WordPress developer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in developing and maintaining WordPress themes & plugins.
• Work with Elementor, Gutenberg, and ACF for page building.
• Optimize websites for performance (caching, image compression).
• Use Git for version control (basic branching/merging).
• Follow Jira workflows for task management.
• Assist in deploying websites via CI/CD pipelines.
• Debug and fix frontend/backend issues.
• Collaborate with senior developers on best practices.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of WordPress development experience.
• Basic knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Familiarity with Git (basic commands).
• Understanding of performance basics (caching, lazy loading).
• Exposure to Jira or Agile workflows.
• Degree or certification in Web Development (preferred).
