Job Description

Summary:

Creative Developer

Essential Responsibilities:

Developing responsive emails and resolving cross platform device issues using HTML table layouts.
Translating pre-created Photoshop, Figma and XD files into HTML table code.
Contributing to a heavily process-oriented work environment including editing 15-20 pre-existing emails per day.
Testing HTML code using Email on Acid and/or Litmus for syntax errors, responsiveness, and accuracy across various platforms and formats.
Coordinating design, content, and technical duties to meet multiple, interdependent deadlines.
Converting approved designs to functional, responsive web/mobile templates and pages.
Developing HTML 5 banners, landing pages and interactive PDFs

Essential Competencies:

Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (both written and verbal.)
Eminent email code knowledge using HTML tables.
Exceptional organizational skills; able to handle multiple requests, changes, and conflicting priorities.
A mindset of ownership and teamwork.

Desired Characteristics:

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD and Illustrator.)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Figma and Bootstrap. HTML 5, jQuery, and JavaScript is a plus.
Understanding of design principles, email template architecture and best practices.
Adept at mobile and responsive design, testing and troubleshooting.
