Web Application Architect

a) Main tasks

§ Consulting, implementation or development of processes, technologies and services of medium complexity*, incl. integrated sub-processes

§ Responsibility for specification and transfer of user requirements into reliable working concepts

§ Contribution to preparation of cost estimates for process and technology-related sub-projects and services of medium complexity*

§ Execution and/or supervision of the realization of concepts, and installation of operational measures for quality assurance

§ Provides second and third-level support for process and technology-related subjects

§ Continuous identification & initiation of service and process improvements in business environments of medium complexity*

§ If applicable: functional leadership and responsibility within an area of expertise as assigned by responsible superior

§ Collaboration in international business contexts including virtual teams

§ Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

§ Representation of the organization to cross-functional stakeholders, clients and external groups

Additions / Details:

• Designing and consulting our web-based architecture for Drupal and AEM-based CMS Systems, general web-technologies as well as architecture for cloud and hybrid on-premises systems in collaboration with Microsoft.

• Execute platform governance, AKS Cluster Management, web-based services and external suppliers on a global scale.

• Execute CMS, web strategy and innovation. Working with data protection, IT security and segment IT.

• Supporting operational stability, availability and maintainability delivered by external supplier.

• Contributing to budgets, projects, architecture, and service operations.

Additions / Details:

• Experienced in configuring and using web-based CMS like Drupal.

• Good/intermediate knowledge of AEM and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions

• Good knowledge of common web technologies like PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript and relevant frameworks and tools

• Solid knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Services and other Azure Cloud solutions and services is beneficial

• Good knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, Security/Encryption, Networking/Domains and Certificates
