We are looking for a responsible and proactive individual to supervise warehouse operations, including material verification, packing coordination, and dispatch execution. The person will work closely with our packing team and ensure smooth flow of goods as per dispatch schedules. Key Responsibilities: Receive and verify materials received in the warehouse (box count, item count, physical condition). Coordinate with the packing team and assigned workers to pack goods as per dispatch plans. Ensure accurate and timely dispatches of all orders according to daily schedules. Organize and manage inventory by placing incoming material on appropriate racks/shelves. Maintain cleanliness and optimize space utilization in the store/warehouse. Track any shortages, damages, or material mismatches and report promptly. Work with the admin/dispatch team to ensure proper documentation is maintained. Supervise and guide the helpers/labour in the store for loading/unloading and packing.
