Title: Purchase Executive Location- Gurugram Position Summary The Purchase Executive will oversee end-to-end procurement for our retail pharmacy business. Youll source, negotiate, and onboard vendors, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standardshelping drive cost-efficiency and product availability. CrossFunctional Collaboration • Work with pharmacy managers, finance, and operations to streamline planning and purchasing • Update shelfprice data, manage returns, and enforce documentation procedures Qualifications & Skills Education: • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline Experience: • 25 years in procurement/purchasing, preferably within retail pharmacy or pharmaceutical sectors Core Competencies: Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency with procurement/ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) and MS Office Attention to detail, organisational ability, and ability to manage multiple priorities Understanding of pharma regulations, vendor certification, and quality control

Process Optimization & Cost Reduction Implement technology-driven solutions for better logistics tracking and real-time reporting. Identify gaps in logistics operations and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency. Monitor and control logistics budgets, analyzing cost-saving opportunities. 6. Team Leadership & Coordination Manage and supervise logistics staff, warehouse teams, and transport operators. Ensure coordination between procurement, production, sales, and delivery teams for smooth operations. Job Requirements: 1. Education & Experience Bachelors or Masters degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry. 2.
